group shot showing off all 15 terminators 2 HQs and 4 (yes 4) dreadknights. The owners excuse was, "hey were going to play apocolypse eventualy, right?"
shot of one of the paladin apothecarys
front shot of the converted Dragio
side shot to show off the custom made shield for this guy. I almost went insane on the checkerboard pattern.
here is a dreadknight sans equipment. He has been magnatised only in the upper joint of the suport thingy that holds the gun on him. The other hands have been shaved to wedge into place where he will be holding the close combat weapon.
some of the weapon options. The right hand wedges in just perfect after it has a few coats of primer paint and sealer. The ranged weapon has a hose coming off the back that loops over the elbow and both sides have a kind of pin built into them to get it to line up right. Slap this on and lower the support into the hole and your ready to rock face.
more options for our big guy. everything fits and its not untill I downloaded these shots till i saw that I had not pushed the suport down enough.
and as a parting shot here is the trio ready to shunt punch any mech army off the table. The fourth in the background was not done by me, it was done by one of the other local painter by the name of Pete. Great painter, good guy, he sits and paints all day while the rest of us are busy throwing dice at each other. If you ever need the random model painted for any range he is your guy. Or me, well 40k stuff at least. And thats it, all done, now back to your regularly scheduled crap from me.
